(PGME) Elentra Support Request

The Elentra Support Request Form is the central point of contact for submitting Elentra-related support requests for administrators, faculty, and learners. The form can be used for a wide range of inquiries, including technical issues, access and permissions, assessments and evaluations, scheduling support, EPA/CBME concerns, reporting issues, and general system guidance.

Submitting requests through the online support form helps ensure that inquiries are routed to the appropriate PGME support team member, tracked efficiently, and addressed in a timely manner. To support faster troubleshooting and resolution, users are encouraged to include detailed information such as screenshots, learner or faculty names, rotation or course details, and any relevant timelines.
